Online Games For Kids
With the internet being the wide source for learning, kids tend to explore their share as well.
Online games for kids has been a wide selection of learning tool that many has referred to, especially since the viral Covid-19 days.
It’s a great way for kids to learn problem-solving skills, cognitive developments, and fine motor skills.
Each section has many different options to choose from but I’ve picked out some of my favorites to showcase for you.
Culinary Schools website provides a HUGE section of online games for kids to explore at their own times.
The categories of the page is divided into the following sections:

Food educating is something that my kids highly favor. They love making their own creations. It brings out the creative and imaginative aspects of kids.

The bento box creation one was favored by my kids because it was fun and easy. They loved the animation aspects of it as well too.

The grocery game was very interactive. Experiencing the top supermarket and the way to shop was a interesting. The characters that were built were fun and engaging.
The games in this sections targets various food types. I love that it has multicultural aspects of food from different ethnic backgrounds.
A few more additions of food from different countries would have been extra special. I has lunch and dinner, and different types of food areas to explore too.
I loved the pizzerias because it felt like I was making my own virtual pizza with the options that I enjoyed.

You can never go wrong with brain games because of all the developmental aspects of it.
Search and find is always a hit in any learning environment so the hidden foods was so fun.
The object of the game is to find the shown picture of the food. It get’s tricky because some of the pictures are very similar so you have to be extra careful.

Sports section was one of my favorite. The hockey shootout was pretty impressive and easy. It’s you against the goalie and you’re trying to get that goal in!

My family loves bowling so the we couldn’t bypass the bowling games: It was a bit tricky and took a few efforts to figure it out. Once we knew what the target was, it was fun and enjoyable for everyone.
With each section comes various games that are targeted for each person’s interests. navigating through different areas.
With the digital world taking over, it is common to find our children leaning towards the online game for kids era.
Safety and Supervision
Online networking always has to keep safety measures in mind. The games don’t specify what age groups it targets but it is definitely kid friendly.
- Making sure that adequate amount of screen time is placed, can make this learning era one that can fit both parents and the kids.
- Supervision is needed to monitor age appropriate games for kids to engage with and or assistance with some games.
- Easy navigation allows scrolling through various links but some help is needed with directions.
