I’d say I’m fairly confident but a super shy introvert, which I always wonder if it’s just my temperament that I should embrace, or is it a sign of lack of confidence… At parties and networking events I try the “fake it til you make it” strategy but it just feels so awkward.
I think it is good to always be working on being and feeling confident. I really believe that if you act confident, it makes you feel more confident and adds to a positive well being.
